3 Sentence Ficathon 2010

Photobucket

This was so much fun last year, so I'm doing it again!

The rules:

This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

Have fun!

Edit: December 1: [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine is being awesome again this year! She's compiled all your prompts into this delicious archive. All prompts are tagged with fandom and if it's filled or not. So, to make this easier on her, when prompting, please, use the whole name of the fandom and not just the abbreviation. Thanks!

Also: Multiple answers to prompts are not just allowed, but encouraged as well. Don't let the fact that someone else has answered it first stop you if you like the prompt!

If you have any questions ask them to the first comment.

Narnia, all!male Pevensies, boys don't cry (that's a lie)

Peter doesn't get angry often, but when he does, he's like ice and silent fury; but Edmund is just the opposite - his anger is a quick, violent burn that sometimes makes him tremble with the passion. Lucas laughs until he has tears in his eyes to cover a secret hurt, while Sam goes out and punches things until his hands are raw and he falls down sobbing to the ground. Boys don't cry, they were told in their old life, but they all know better and there's no one who would judge them for it.

I love fics that contrast all four of them, and this is just perfect--their different kinds of anger are so appropriate. And you conveyed exactly what I wanted, that social constructs they had to abide by in England don't carry over to Narnia. ♥♥
