This was so much fun last year, so I'm doing it again!

The rules:

This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

‘One last job’ was what Giles told her, what she's slapping herself with over and over so she can wake the fuck up and walk like she's could never walk before: into sunshine and daises or beer foam and strobe lights and crushing bodies, whichever she'd like and no question which she’ll choose. Only, B’s still out there putting the hurt on evil and calling Faith names in her head – Faith’s head or Buffy’s, it’s not real clear and does it matter which anyway? - and like hell is Faith is gonna let Buffy show her up this time.

Aww, Faith even briefly thinking about daisies (though strobes sound way more likely). That rivalry with Buffy is spot on, and I love the solitary last word - the combination of rushing thoughts and taking a breath is very Faith.
