Doctor's appointment:

I went to the doctor's today. A ear,nose, throat specialist and he looked into my ears and found nothing wrong with them. What he did say was the reason it feels like my ears are hurting is the fact that I grind my teeth when I sleep, so my jaw muscles are all tensed up and the hurt come out of the ears. So I have to learn to relax my muscles and I'll be fine.

In other news: I worked out today! Me, my brother and my dad had a nice work out. Now I'm feeling toast but good.
