Welcome to the Three Sentence Fic-A-Thon:

Photobucket

This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

Have fun!

If you have any questions ask them to the first comment.

Edit December 10th: Thanks to the brilliant [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine we now have a delicious account. So head on over there to find some unfilled prompts: three_sentence_ficathon's delicious bookmarks.

A small note from [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine who's organizing the delicious archive: "So I'm not familiar with all the fandoms here; sometimes when people post a ficlet they abbreviate a fandom and sometimes they don't (like BSG versus Battlestar Galactica, but I know that one) so I might have it listed twice in the delicious tags. If someone notices something messed up they can comment below." -- So do that, and when requesting something new, please use the fandom's whole name.

White Collar, Peter & Neal, trust me

Neal puts his feet up on the desk and smirks because he has the answer and Peter doesn't. Peter suspects it's actually a game, this information-gathering, and Neal cheats at it like he cheats at any game. But Neal would never give him the wrong information, never proves Peter's trust in him wrong -- so they'll go on playing it.

Trust me, Neal says casually, easy as breathing, like he doesn't think about just how hard that might be, trust me.

Peter doesn't want to--he tells himself Neal is a criminal, Neal is a conman, Neal is so charming and smooth and likable that he'll have your wallet in his hand and will tumble your life upside down before you can even react to the brilliance of his dimpled smile.

Trust me: a directive, and all Peter has to do is let himself fall; and god help him, he's already halfway there.

So. Much. Love.

(All right, so if you want to get technical, that's not really a comment of three sentences, but eep. These two. Peter trying to be sensible and rational and not trusting - either himself or Neal, and failing. Win!)

:D Thank you so much. Peter should just accept the fact that he's helpless when it comes to Neal. :D
