Grimmjow had experienced it and it hadn't been so bad, people just bitched too much about it and gave the impression that it was worse than what it was. But as he licked his lips, tasting the salt of sweat on them even as another drop ran down the line of his jaw—he worked himself in deeper and watched as Ichigo's hands fisted the sheets in front of him. As Ichigo grunted but pushed back Grimmjow closed his eyes and came: this was better.

Grimmjow would rather die than kneel before Ichigo Kurosaki. So when he's laying on the ground near death and hears Ichigo say, "How about I have Orihime fix you up and then we find a quiet place to fuck." he can't be blamed for sighing happily. Getting to dominate the feisty red-head between the sheets is *way* better than death, anyday.
