Of foggy eyesight and icon space

I'm on my second day with contact lenses and it's not all that bad. Not that comfortable either. It feels like they are gonna jump out anytime, and sometimes it's hard to focus and my eyesight goes foggy. Either I've put them in wrong or maybe it's not the right brand for me. But other than the fogginess they are really thin so they're really comfortable.

I'm at school, but I'll post a picture of me in my new glasses tonight. I promise!

I'm in love with all my icon space! And no ads is so nice! Lookie at the newest one. I watched Peter Pan this Christmas, the 2003 version, and wow! I love it. It's so beautiful and so pretty.

I need glasses

I had my eyes checked today. I've been complaining about how bad my eyesight sometimes got after reading, so I finally managed to get myself to the optics man. Apparently, I should've had glasses a long time ago. I'm farsighted and that's why I have no problem reading, but afterwards the world goes fuzzy. It's always been like that, I can't really see details of things father away than a meter. I tried on some specs and suddenly the world looked so much clearer. It's like looking at a movie in HD! So we bought me a pair of glasses today, and I'm going back on Saturday for contacts fitting. (Because I'm vain. I don't really want to go around with glasses on my nose. And besides, if they're already in my eyes, I can't conveniently forget to put them on.)
