Welcome to the Three Sentence Fic-A-Thon:

Photobucket

This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

Have fun!

If you have any questions ask them to the first comment.

Edit December 10th: Thanks to the brilliant [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine we now have a delicious account. So head on over there to find some unfilled prompts: three_sentence_ficathon's delicious bookmarks.

A small note from [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine who's organizing the delicious archive: "So I'm not familiar with all the fandoms here; sometimes when people post a ficlet they abbreviate a fandom and sometimes they don't (like BSG versus Battlestar Galactica, but I know that one) so I might have it listed twice in the delicious tags. If someone notices something messed up they can comment below." -- So do that, and when requesting something new, please use the fandom's whole name.

Their wrists and hands are bleeding from the welts where they've dragged at their ropes, trying to get themselves untied; Spock manages to free himself first, of course, and when Jim nods his head toward McCoy, Spock unties him next; the two of them each take one of Jim's hands and free him, and when they're loose, Jim looks down at his hands where all their blood has mixed and stained his skin scarlet.

"Looks like we're blood brothers now," Jim says cheerfully, and grins up at McCoy who grumbles, "This isn't summer camp, kid, and don't get me started on how unhygienic that practice is."

Jim makes a comical sadface at McCoy, and Spock looks between the two of them and thinks he might never fully understand them; but Jim turns to grin at him as well, and McCoy's hands are gentle when he turns Spock's wrists over to check them, so perhaps his lack of understanding is not such a terrible thing.

(Lol. This is probably different from what you wanted. :D Also, I started with no narrator, then Spock decided he wanted it to be from his point of view, so if it sounds a little confused, that's probably why. XD)
