Heathrow is rather exiting! I've only been there a couple of times, several years ago, but I recall being quite impressed (didn't make as big an impression as Newark, though - patrolling policemen/security with machine guns!?!). Just be prepared for a great deal of walking between terminals.
That's too bad about Phantom:( Still, at least you know it >now... missing Burn in "Oliver!" and Ramin in Phantom was damn disappointing, and I didn't get to know until 20 minutes before the performances were scheduled to start:(
I want to catch Ramin as Valjean but as things currently stands it's not a viable possibility. Hope you'll have a nice time, though!
