This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

Have fun!

If you have any questions ask them to the first comment.

Edit December 10th: Thanks to the brilliant [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine we now have a delicious account. So head on over there to find some unfilled prompts: three_sentence_ficathon's delicious bookmarks.

A small note from [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine who's organizing the delicious archive: "So I'm not familiar with all the fandoms here; sometimes when people post a ficlet they abbreviate a fandom and sometimes they don't (like BSG versus Battlestar Galactica, but I know that one) so I might have it listed twice in the delicious tags. If someone notices something messed up they can comment below." -- So do that, and when requesting something new, please use the fandom's whole name.

Oh my god, this is amazing! You are amazing, thank you so much for this! You've managed to capture the tone of the book exactly, everything that I love about it. Joshua is the son of God, and that comes with a lot of seriousness and intensity, and sometimes Biff just has to remind Joshua to laugh about stuff.

Oh man thank you. I adore that book so much and I'm always terribly saddened by its lack of fandom. It has such a magic to it. One of my favorite parts is the way that Biff braces Joshua; it's like Joseph tells him: "You have to teach him how to be human."

I was glad to see the prompt and write it for you. ♥

Me too! I think I've read one other fic for it; it's such a fantastic book, I wish people would jump all over it.

That's exactly it; Joshua can't do anything to help people unless he understands human nature, and Biff is really the only one who can truly help him with that. He makes Joshua's life easier and better by simply being himself. I love it. :D

♥ Thank you again for this!

I've written two other short pieces in the fandom, if you're interested. They're here.

Every time I read that book I think Biff must have existed in some way. Even if he was just one of the "regular" apostles. Simply because of this fact yes.

You're totally welcome~

Oh, thank you for the links! I will totally read them when I have time. :D

I agree with you. There had to be someone who had Biff's purpose.
