Arrested Development, Buster/Lucille 2, visiting a seal sanctuary.

He thought he could handle it, but everyone was staring, and he thought they knew somehow; Buster was a naturally nervous man and it didn't take much for him to come to the conclusion that he just couldn't deal with this. Call it post-traumatic stress, call it whatever you wanted, but he had to get out of here, away from all these loose seals.

He screamed and fled the tour, interrupting the guide's speech on how kind the marine animals usually were, and Lucille 2, bereft of her usual support, tottered forward on uncertain feet and nearly became quite intimate with a seal herself; with the creature snuffling in her ear and her hand on its warm, damp skin, she vowed not to bring Buster back-- it was clearly too soon for him, and he hadn't even seen the animal with the snappy yellow bowtie (who had decided to make that one the mascot?).

This could so be a deleted scene from the show with poor Lucille 2 stumbling round the place and Buster feeling panic and paranoia. Brilliantly done, thank you.

The two of them together just make me laugh so hard. Thank you, I'm glad I could capture some of it.
