This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

Have fun!

If you have any questions ask them to the first comment.

Edit December 10th: Thanks to the brilliant [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine we now have a delicious account. So head on over there to find some unfilled prompts: three_sentence_ficathon's delicious bookmarks.

A small note from [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine who's organizing the delicious archive: "So I'm not familiar with all the fandoms here; sometimes when people post a ficlet they abbreviate a fandom and sometimes they don't (like BSG versus Battlestar Galactica, but I know that one) so I might have it listed twice in the delicious tags. If someone notices something messed up they can comment below." -- So do that, and when requesting something new, please use the fandom's whole name.

So the Doctor absolves him like the egoist that he is as if he gets to decide which deeds are punishable and which ones can be atoned for, worse still he didn't even seek redemption; "I made no confession, you cannot forgive me" he says as tears fall on him "I do not need it." He is evil, has rejoiced in Jack's suffering and torturing his oldest acquaintance simply by manipulating and killing humans but it's who he is, he has loved every minute of his existence since being set free from that dreadfully restrictive Chameleon Arch, he sees no point in pretending otherwise now and denying his very nature. The Doctor urges him to regenerate "I refuse, it is my life to lose and I have chosen", as his life slips away he's aware of the Doctor's embrace but the drumming becomes ever quieter and he welcomes death eagerly.

(Haven't watched Christmas Special thanks to my DVD recorder not working so still avoiding spoilers and therefore wrote this about The Valiant.)

I love this and how the Master stays evil to the end but at the same time is a little bit pathetic. I love how defiant and aware of his own nature he is. And then he welcomes death! Thank you.

(I only finished watching Last of the Time Lords two days ago, so thank you for not having spoilers)

Thanks, enjoy season 4 it's great but I loved Sound of Drums and Last of The Time Lords. Martha is awesome and John Simm is so deliciously evil as The Master especially as I know him best for Life On Mars where his character is quite different.
