fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

What the hell was that- Adam coughs out the copper taste rising from the back of his throat, coming to grips with gravity.

You don’t wanna know, Dean says tersely, unnerved at the sight of the younger man’s blood; he hauls Adam to his feet as Sam slaps the crimson-slick knife into a pair of trembling hands.

Oh yeah I do, Adam says quietly as they head back towards the Impala; he catches a wink from Sam and though the blackness outside still breathes down his back, Adam swings the door open to let his brothers in first.

He's fun to write alive! The ending of "Jump the Shark" was brutal.
