This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

"You're taking me to a movie? Isn't that kind of high school?" Linus asks, raising an eyebrow and trying to pretend he isn't shyly pleased at the thought; Rusty smirks at him and says, "I figured I'd evade Bobby's wrath by taking you on a real date."

They walk up to the ticket counter, and Linus says easily, "I'll get this, you get the concessions," and it isn't until almost a minute later that Rusty realizes it's his wallet in Linus's hand.

He doesn't bother hiding his amusement and admiration when he says, "Well, that was unexpected," and Linus grins at him brightly and tells him, "I don't want you getting bored with me." Rusty looks him up and down until he starts turning pink, and says, "Kid, I don't think that's going to be a problem."

(Grr, I couldn't make this three sentences. So have an extra one. :D)

Thanks for this, in character and yet so sweet. Love Linus taking the wallet, considering how much Rusty eats it's only fair that he should pay. The idea of a proper date for them is really nice.

Well I heart Matt Damon a lot. He is the most attractive man currently in existence.

When everyone was like George Clooney & Brad Pitt in the same movie I didn't care because I just wanted to see Matt.

I love the character development that Linus gets though, a chance to prove himself.

Yesss! Same here! I always love those underdog-type characters, the ones that people tend to underestimate but that get to surprise others by proving themselves. :D

Exactly. And working with Danny and Rusty and all that effortless charisma can't exactly be easy either. Plus Matt Damon has such a baby face, Linus would probably be self-conscious about looking too young. :D
