This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.

When posting a prompt please format it this way:

fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.

Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!

Have fun!

If you have any questions ask them to the first comment.

Edit December 10th: Thanks to the brilliant [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine we now have a delicious account. So head on over there to find some unfilled prompts: three_sentence_ficathon's delicious bookmarks.

A small note from [livejournal.com profile] grim_lupine who's organizing the delicious archive: "So I'm not familiar with all the fandoms here; sometimes when people post a ficlet they abbreviate a fandom and sometimes they don't (like BSG versus Battlestar Galactica, but I know that one) so I might have it listed twice in the delicious tags. If someone notices something messed up they can comment below." -- So do that, and when requesting something new, please use the fandom's whole name.

"Oh, George, he's beautiful," she murmurs through a voice choked with tears, "just like you," and he thinks I don't want to be a hero, I just want this moment, right here.

"This is for you, he answers, and he wants to hug her so badly, but she's to far away, "and for him, but especially for you."

Her answer is cut off by the static and he rushes into the fray, no longer a husband, but a hero.

This is amazing. Had to go get a tissue before I could reply. So much happening here and of course it took me back to the opening of the film. Brilliantly done. Thank you so much. *wiping away more tears*

Oh, thank you! I'm sorry for making you cry. But it's almost worth it if I get great reviews like this. I love George so much.

Just stopped crying now, kept thinking of George's sacrifice. He's awesome. Don't apologise for provoking a reaction, writing is meant to do that.

Thanks again. And I'll remember that about provoking a reaction. I think I'll prompt some more about George now.

So fantastic. This brought a tear to my eye and just so beautiful how much you packed into three sentences.
