I am an idiot!

caramelsilverToday I did something magnificently stupid and it's all my fault- I managed to get my father's god awful heavy car to roll over my legs. ...Yeah. Let me explain:
It was a cold beautiful morning. I was feeling brilliant and my dad came home and offered to drive me to school. I said yes, then he asked me if I could go out in his car and get his coffee thermos mug, I took the keys and went out.
Like I said, it was pretty cold outside and I though, "Why not start the car so it'll be warm when we get in later?" So I did. But for some reason I didn't remember that this is a bloody Saab (WE'VE OWNED IT FOR FIVE YEARS!) and that you have to park it in reverse. I started the car and it started to roll backwards. Fast. I ran beside it, trying to kill the engine, not being very successful, we're soon nearing the end of our driveway and I'm desperate thinking it can't hit anything! Then, the open door hits the electricity box, I hear this awful scraping sound, the car lifts up a little, I fall and the car runs over both my legs. The car continues a meter more down our (downhill!) street before crashing/stopping into our neighbors stonewall.
I'm in shock, then starting screaming bloody murder, because shit my legs hurt. My dad comes running out and he helps me up. I can walk on them, and do so, while crying my contacts out, into the house. My dad wants to go to the ER to get them checked out, even if we both agree that they are probably not broken. My dad has to spend another fifteen minutes, though fixing the car door (that broke because I'm stupid.) before we could go anywhere and my legs hurt more and more.
We get to the ER, I get a bed (everything felt much better lying down.) Soon after I also get painkillers. (I LOVE PAINKILLERS!) A doctor manages to drag herself to my bedside, feels up my legs and decides to x-ray my left leg. X-rays are done and no fractures!
I go home, high on painkillers. I've been sleeping until now and I must confess, the painkillers are not working anymore! I have a big ass bruise on my legs and it aches and IT'S ALL MY OWN FAULT FOR BEING SO FREAKING STUPID, BUT GOD IT HURTS.
