Bela loves everything about the Middle East: the bright colors, spicy foods, affectionate people, and most of all the desert. When she thinks back on he childhood and that bastard she thinks of green pastures and tasteless food and unwelcome touches shrouded in a gray mist. The desert and its dwellers are the only things that can make her forget and for that she is eternally grateful as only she can be (she steals less from them than from European bigwigs).
