Welcome to the Three Sentence Fic-A-Thon:
Jan. 30th, 2010 02:25 am![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)

This is a challenge where you answer a prompt with a fic consisting of only three sentences. It's open to all fandoms and you can post and answer as many prompts as you like. Only one prompt per comment please.
When posting a prompt please format it this way:
fandom, character/pairing, prompt word/sentence.
Lastly, please pimp this to your flist, I'd like as many as possible to come and participate!
Have fun!
If you have any questions ask them to the first comment.
Edit December 10th: Thanks to the brilliant

on 2009-12-24 12:20 am (UTC)What Ed has is far from that certainty; Queen Edlyn the Just, but all that means is that she has erred and fallen onto a treacherous path before, and thus can recognize it in another.
"Sister dear," Lucas says to her softly, eyes kind and embrace so tender, "if you would only forgive yourself you would see that you are the last one to do so; you are a Queen of Narnia, and this land loves you dearly, as do I," and all of a sudden Ed realizes that Lucas is not so young as he seems.

on 2009-12-24 06:37 am (UTC)They're in Calormen for a few more days, and Sam starts noticing the way people eye Edlyn, like they've never met a girl so bold and unashamed; the looks they give her set his teeth on edge.
The next time Ed says something biting, and the Calormen noblemen trade glances between themselves that reek of disapproval and affront, Sam makes sure he catches every one of their gazes at some point and directs all the considerable silent menace he possesses in their direction; the Gentle he may be, but that does not mean he isn't dangerous, and his sister is ten thousand times better than these ignorant men.
(Lol. I think I just slashed boy!Susan with Rabadash. XD That feels strange, and yet fun as well.)

on 2009-12-24 01:25 am (UTC)Before Jill can toss out a retort, the golden-haired boy is interrupted by a loud cough and another boy edges his way between them, arms crossed and tone resigned: “Never mind him, he’s decided to hurl out that line, in the name of scholarly observation—or something like that—just to see how pretty girls will take it—it’s his way of passing the time, since we’ve been waiting here awhile…. Oh, I’m Edmund, that’s Peter, hello…bother, please tell me you’re not Jill!”
(“What?” Eustace demands when his three companions stay completely silent as they all make their way out of the train station.)

on 2009-12-24 01:19 am (UTC)Peter did just not act his age at all. He seemed to know so much and he knew the answer to everything and every teacher suspected that he could easily take over any class and teach it better than them.
Edmund was a mystery. It never seemed like he was paying any attention in class, his expression always one of boredom. But when asked a question he could answer it without trouble. Even if the answer was given in a bored, droll tone of voice. He seemed complete and utter bored and the teachers were thinking of letting him skip a grade.
Lucas was a delight to have in any class. The teachers loved him, but yet there was something undefinable about him. In history he got a lot of the questions wrong, but his answers was so detailed the history teacher wondered what Lucas was actually talking about. Sometimes they wondered if he wasn't a little... touched in the head, but he always snapped out of it and his answers became perfect again.
The only one of the four even close to being normal was Samuel. He was attentive in class, had perfect manners and every boy at school adored him. But sometimes his eyes would go dark and his voice would get sharp and you could see something else there... In a blink it was gone though, and he was back to being his charming popular self.
At the start of each term a loud groan was heard from who ever teacher got them in math and English. It was completely useless to teach these boys Math, as any math teacher in this school would tell you. No matter how hard the lesson where they answered it with no trouble in no time. The only teacher who didn't complain was the P.E teacher who always said that no one could run like the Pevensie boys. If he only could convince them to join the rugby team!

on 2009-12-24 03:22 am (UTC)It's the way her arm reaches across under the edge of the table to rest on the arm of his chair (or does it?); it's the long-hanging clothes that drape the tables at all official functions; it's the way she returns to the table with her impeccably-rouged lips swollen, and his propensity towards washing his hands in the middle of state dinners.
The staff suspects that something is going on between the two of them, under the tables, right in plain sight, but no one knows for sure but the Prime Minister and his wife themselves.

on 2009-12-24 03:49 pm (UTC)Zach closes his eyes, he's so close now and Shaun's hands grip his hips to pull him even closer, this feels so good as Shaun's tongue drives him crazy, he's almost there when suddenly there's a knock on the door of the stall.
A few minutes later they're outside the club in the cold adjusting their clothes, security got a nice eyeful but still Zach is surprised at how unembarrassed he is as he blames Shaun "it's all your fault for gyrating on the dancefloor in those jeans"

on 2009-12-24 05:29 pm (UTC)Cody protests, "No, I don't wanna take a nap, I'm not a baby anymore," yawning all the while and rubbing his eyes with his fists; Shaun shares a grin with Zach over Cody's head, and says casually, "Oh, I know you don't need a nap, but Zach and I are pretty tired, and we'd feel a lot better if we had someone there to keep an eye on us while we sleep."
Cody peers at them suspiciously, then agrees, "Okay, I'll keep watch," and settles in between them on their bed; ten minutes later he's slumped down onto Shaun's chest, legs thrown over Zach's body, sprawling like only a five-year-old can, and Zach laughs silently, tucking him under the covers in a more normal pose.
They only intend to lie there for a few minutes more, but it's Sunday afternoon and they have nowhere to be, Cody is a warm bundle between them, and Shaun reaches over him until he can drape an arm over Zach as well; they fall asleep and don't wake up until dinnertime.

(Wrote this before I remembered that Shaun made them dinner in the movie, WHOOPS. XD Let's pretend he's good at cooking dinner but not so much with the baking, okay? XD)

As Bradley continues rambling, Angel reaches into her purse for a pen, "Well, then, we'll just have to change that."
